Please perform the steps listed below as it corrects outlook's performance. From here on out lets archive or use flow before they fill up their mailboxes. Maybe share files through Teams & SharePoint to reduce mailbox sizes?


  • Open Outlook
  • Click the "File" menu
  • Click "Account Settings"
  • Select the Email Account and Click "Change"
  • Change the slider to say "Download email for the last 3 months"
  • Click "Next" then click "Done"
  • Restart Outlook & test it
